About ATELIER JUNGEN
Jennifer Jungen Shim
Atelier Jungen is an independent design and illustration studio founded in 2012 by Jennifer Jungen Shim. She had previously worked as a full-time designer for The Shilla Hotels and Resorts in Seoul, Korea, and Victoria's Secret and Chandelier Creative in New York City.
She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design(RISD), and is a graduate of the Emma Willard School.
Expertise
Jen is an art director specializing in graphic design, typography, illustration and fine art. Her work spans numerous mediums and applications, from simple illustrations to corporate identities. She currently teaches Studio Art Club at The British School in Tokyo.
Truly International
Jen has lived in various parts of the US, London, Seoul and Tokyo throughout her life. She brings unique design and visual language that can effectively communicate to people of many different backgrounds.
